Larry is a business and sales coach. He has a successful history of creating vision, completing missions, and achieving goals through the creation of new business enterprises and innovative programs. He has expertise and experience in synergistic application of entrepreneurial skills, refined business acumen, and leadership capabilities. Personally responsible for the leadership, management and direct sale of over $65 million of programs, products, education, and training; has presented his programs to audiences of more than 25,000 people. As Owner of Excellence-In, Larry provides clients with business consulting, sales training/coaching and leadership development. He works with clients to create Excellence Teams and provide business development and leadership expertise, create new profit centers, and business development programs focused on revenue growth. Larry is the creator of "The Solution Proposal," a highly effective, easy to implement system for solving any business challenge – guaranteed. He develops and provides clients with programs that prevent loss and protect company assets (people, property, equipment, finances, reputation and intellectual property). The results of these programs produce increased profitability and reduced risk. AUTHOR: Larry has authored over 25 magazine/newsletter articles, training workbooks/manuals, and guidebooks. He is currently working on his book “Creating a Life of Excellence” which is scheduled for completion in 2018.
