Relationships can be complicated as they are, let alone adding in long distance and time zone differences. Something we know all too well! Prompted by a question from our followers, Nate and I speak openly about what it's like to be in a long distance relationship and what we've found works best when it comes to feeling connected to one another despite living opposite sides of the world. Nate also shares a very honest perspective of what it's like to be in a relationship whilst serving in the military and what to expect if this is something you're going into with your partner.  With the unique insights and tips given throughout, there is a whole lot to be gained from this episode in terms of improving your ability to connect and communicate with your partner so you can uplevel your relationship whether it's long distance or not.  Help us raise funds for amazing charities! Vote for our DID YOU KNOW facts on our instagram page here: @trainwreckyourlife  Nate's chosen charity is the V Foundation raising funds to help cure cancer. Kate's chosen charity of the Mission in Action Orphanage which gives a home, an education and most especially love to abandoned children in Kenya.  Follow us on @trainwreckyourlife for fun in between episodes, plus a dash of inspiration and the odd cookie pic by our sponsors Ruby Snap Fresh Cookies. Ok so we're just telling porkies: they're not actually our sponsors - YET. But we'd love for them to be so follow them for some serious cookie porn: @rubysnap Because cookies are life. And puppies. So basically cookies and puppies solve all problems when you can't be bothered adult-ing. Tried and tested by yours truly.
