Chris LaPaglia interviews Holly Carter. Holly is a student at the University of Idaho who is working on a degree in Nutrition and Sustainable Agriculture. Along with her studies, she is working on building up the Tuesday Community Market that is held every Tuesday afternoon through the summer. She talks about the food and crafts that new vendors bring to this unique marketplace.
