Learn more at https://stevenarecco.com/ Edited into this episode are actual Mastermind meetings! These are on-line groups of 4-5 people that meet once a week for 11/2 hours via ZOOM conference. They are time structured, with a start and end time. At the end of each meeting, each member, with the group's input, chooses tasks they must complete prior to the next meeting. During the week we keep touch via a private group text and a private Facebook page where we share our thoughts and ideas with each other. There are many different structures to Mastermind Groups. Since we try to keep all of our groups to 4-5 people we have time for each member to be "in the hot seat" instead of just one person like many groups do. Although we do tend to have a different primary focus person each meeting. We have groups based around many different yet specific focuses! From business to self-improvement, money-making to how to save money, financial security and goal achievement. Is a Mastermind Group for you? Well...what do you think? The intention of a Mastermind Group is that peers can help each other solving problems and developing themselves together through input and advice from each other. The core value of a Mastermind Group is the synergy of energy, motivation, and commitment as well as the willingness to learn and grow together. They give people the opportunity to expand their network and grow their businesses in ways that might not be possible within their own community.
