I might seem like I'm always positive and full of energy, pumping everyone up around me and learning about success... But I actually live through depression and am constantly trying to find ways to get through it without it holding me down for long periods. It hits me out of nowhere all the time and I'm constantly trying to find positive triggers to pull myself out of it. I know a lot of people go through things on a daily basis so I just wanted to show that you're not alone and we can fight this fight together. (I got a bit chocked up a few times throughout this recording so I'm sorry about the pauses in my sentences)
