Walking With Wildflowers

Miscellaneous

Welcome to the first episode of Walking with Wildflowers. Hosted by Keri Bainborough - a mother, writer and creative. Keri promised herself at the beginning of June 2018 that she would record, edit and upload a podcast by the end of the month - purely for the simple joy (and agony!) of making something and putting it out there. So while this episode is in no ways perfect, the entire production is done by Keri herself - from the recording and editing to the artwork and publishing. In this episode (recorded on Keri's daughter’s first birthday), she talks about how and why motherhood has changed her and the way she works - for the better! It is raw and honest - recorded on her morning walk, talking into her phone about everything from her reluctant-to-detach placenta, new mom bod and why being a parent sometimes feels like a never-ending cycle of live-die-repeat.
