This is part one of a special four-part interview series aimed at High School and College Students – but the information is relevant for everyone. Darsh Pant interviewed me for his ‘In Conversation’ series. In this session, we discuss the difference between meditation and mindfulness, how to deal with anxiety and why we shouldn’t identify with our thoughts. I would like to thank Darsh for giving me the opportunity to talk to the students. Darsh Pant is an incoming freshman at the University of Western Ontario’s Ivey School of Business. He just graduated from Delhi Public School International, India. He is passionate about learning from and helping his community of high school and college students and that is why he started his ‘In Conversation’ series, where he gets accomplished people in all fields to provide advice and guidance to teenagers.
