Lee Miller is an adjunct professor at Columbia University, at Seton Hall University School of Management, and at USC. He’s a speaker, executive/ career coach, and consultant specializing in the areas of influencing, leadership, innovation, negotiation skills. He’s a graduate of Harvard Law School and is a 5 time recipient of the Seton Hall Business School’s Award for Teaching Excellence. He’s also the author of UP: Influence, Power and the You Perspective, and in a cool twist, co-authored, with his daughter, A Woman’s Guide To Successful Negotiating - a title selected by the Huffington Post as one of the "16 books Aspiring Women Leaders Need to Read."Previously, Lee was the Chief Human Resources Officer at TV Guide, USA Networks and Barneys NY.
