Hi! This podcast is near and dear not only because my friend , Lacy and I get to chat but also because it is about an issue that effect me personally, Postpartum Depression. Lacy and I share bits about our journey with this and talk about how to recognize the signs and what to do if this happens to you. It is a real issue that effects 1 in 9 women! We also talk all things mom life, the audio gave me a little trouble in the transfer so you may hear a few areas that have some talking over or even a sigh in the wrong area but even though I couldn't fix it completely... I wanted to release it because I believe the content so SO good and impactful! Who knows.. You may even get a little chuckle..
