Candidates have hit the streets to rally support as well. (Eunice KIM) In-Depth News Analysis: In the US, earlier this month, the Adoptee Citizenship Act passed the lower house of Congress, aimed at helping intercountry adoptees who have been unable to acquire US citizenship as adults. There are reportedly tens of thousands of adoptees in America who do not have citizenship, which means that they could be denied medical benefits, government aid and even face deportation. To learn more about the bill, attorney Gregory Luce, the founder of the Adoptee Rights Law Center, joins us on the line. Korea Trending with Jung Ye-won: 1.
