Koinonia the Greek word often translated Fellowship, represents friendship, sharing and partnership. We discover from the Early Church that Koinonia (Fellowship) results in growth of the Church and in the glory of God being revealed in and through the Church. In this message, we discover several Biblical ways to express koinonia (true Christian fellowship). We understand that koinonia (fellowship) is expressed through giving to the needs of God's people; through recognizing and honoring the grace and calling of God on each other; through giving financially to those in Christian ministry; through choosing unity regardless of personal differences and through recognizing each other for who we are in Christ. We also discuss some dangers to avoid while walking in koinonia. We must avoid being controlled through spiritual means; we must avoid being robbed of our mind or ability to think independently; we must avoid feeding into other people's laziness and avoid partaking of other people's sins. Let us walk in true Christian fellowship, extending our friendship, sharing and partnership.
