KNS Samooha, a 150-acre planned community in Nelamangala authorised by the BMRDA, opened on January 31 and February 1, 2026. The project plans to sell 2,573 residential plots with prices starting at ₹69 lakhs. The project is close to the 10-lane Tumkur Motorway and the Bangalore–Mumbai Economic Corridor. Large highways and new developments will make travel easier, and the area may grow in the future.
