Hi guys, I am currently reading the book Think and Live Lean by Brad Gouthro. In the first chapters he asks you to WRITE DOWN your WHY. That mean why are you on this Fitness journey? Your why should have a true emotional connection, because that will push you on the days you feel at your lowest. I highly recommend the book!
