Part of me being me and keeping my stress and anxiety in check is to realize that I have a childish side that needs to be cultivated. One of the best ways of doing that is to spend time with my 6-year-old nephew, Rome Brown. Rome likes to tell jokes. This episode is just us goofing around.

I see the stress and anxiety that it seems a majority of people suffer under, including myself.
