In this episode, I’m joined by Kat Trimarco, a spiritual quantum teacher, life-coach, published author and public speaker. After the death of her ex-partner, Kat experienced a spiritual awakening which heightened her capacity to tune into higher levels of consciousness and helped her to discover different aspects of herself. Now, Kat devotes her life to helping others tune into their true selves, explore their spirituality and connect to universal consciousness. Kat also talks about her former career as a sex-coach and we discuss why we often feel so uncomfortable talking about sex.
