A lover of all things culinary, Eva's journey as a chef was initially sparked in an effort to overcome depression and several food allergies. In addition to honing her skills at the internationally renowned farm-to-table Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland, Eva also studied environmental science and chemistry!
