I’m Nancy Griffin, your Host and this is Episode 1 of Just Breathe. I'm a Mom. I'm a Real Estate Investor and I'm in the healthcare industry. I'm an entrepreneur. I'm a network marketer. I am a sister. I'm a daughter. What I no longer am is an employee seeking to climb that corporate ladder. Because I realized that my ladder was actually against the wrong wall. I was living in full overwhelm of all of the directions life was pulling me, I was the primary doer of everything in a family where my partner sat on the couch as did nothing. I was a worker, grocery shopper, cleaner, cook, childcare provider, animal care giver, driver and the emergency call in the middle of the night for everyone in my life, I had had ENOUGH. The pressure was too much for one person to handle. Looking back now I could have resolved most of these issues with some of the principles I will teach you in my Book as well as this podcast! This is a community where we're building knowledge together. I am bringing a modern twist. So turning all your stress, all your frustration, all your anxiety into passion, into power, an ensuite purpose, so that way you can choose to live a very, very happy lifestyle by design. This is a community of people coming together to talk about eliminating the stigma of mental and behavioral health. We don't care if you have schizophrenia, bipolar or if you're a manic depressive.
