Preparations are underway at a high level to host Rajasthan Royals matches in Jaipur. Even the Chief Secretary of the Rajasthan government has written to BCCI Secretary Devjit Sekia. IPL preparations are underway at the stadium. Cleaning is underway in the North and South stands as well as the East Stand. According to sources, a BCCI team is scheduled to arrive in Jaipur on Tuesday to review IPL preparations. The team may also meet with Chief Minister Bhajan Lal. Rajasthan Royals owner Manoj Badale is also expected to be present.

Question? Will the RCA participate?
The biggest question here is whether the Rajasthan Cricket Association (RCA) will participate in the IPL this time. Last time, the BCCI clearly stated in an email to the Sports Council that if the RCA was unable to host the IPL on its own, it would not host any IPL matches in Jaipur. Now, it remains to be seen what the BCCI decides.
