When the Israelites were set free from Egypt God led them through the wilderness with a cloud of smoke and a cloud of fire. His presence was marked by the cloud, it's the place of protection and guidance. Just like the Israelites we too are invited into that place to be overshadowed by the cloud of God. In this season of turmoil and change, God promises protection and rest and guidance under his covering.
