Every organization is trying to do something new to beat the competition around. Some are trying to bring new technology, something new in marketing style, etc. But some organization is standing out by innovating and renovating.
We all try to use innovative approaches but tend to ignore renovating approaches to solving problems. Many problems can be solved using renovation, then why think of a new innovative approach? We should always consider what is required for innovation or renovation.
