Hey there! It's Coach Kim and I am go glad that I am finally doing this. I've been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. I've seen everything come and go and come back with another name marketed as a "new" program. Our diet industry is a 60 billion dollar a year industry! And we are unhealthier than ever! This hurts my heart because living healthy is made out to be difficult, but it really is not so difficult. It is time for us to get real with our health. Especially with the Coronavirous pandemic. We are at a pivotal crossroads during this time of uncertainty. In this first episode I share a recording I made in December of 2019. I got chills when I listened to it.
