Dr PATRICE NEWELL    Patrice used to be on television, and the co-host of the Today Show but in 1987 she gave it up to become a land manager and moved to Elmswood Farm, a 10,000 acre property in the Hunter Valley, four hours north of Sydney. Twenty years ago she planted 6,000 olive trees and now produces bio-dynamic VIRGO Olive oil. Patrice is a founding member of the Hunter Olive Association and been President for the last 3 years. She’s an olive oil and table olive judge. A registered beekeeper, author, researcher, environmental advocate and Conjoint Fellow at the University of Newcastle.
