Marlys and Carissa got to talk to Sheila Maechtle, a childhood friend of Carissa's who she hadn't seen in over 30 years! Sheila, like many women, found herself in a domestically violent relationship. In the 3rd episode of the Every Girl Living Podcast, she tells how the relationship almost destroyed her. Her wake up call was when she ended up in jail because she finally “snapped”.
