These last 18 months in the world have been absolutely bonkers, I never thought in my life all this craziness could happen in such a short period of time. There also seems to be more uncertainty on the horizon, especially in the economic world. The cost of everything is going up and money will be tighter and tighter for everyone going forward. When budgets get tight and money is less available people try to cut out some things to keep their heads above water, one thing they start with is something they might not truly need, but at least want, which could be a massage. Don't get me wrong, treatment and massage are and need to be a necessary investment in life, but if your clients don't see it that way it could lead to a tough time down the road. In this episode, I help you identify if your massage business is in trouble as being labeled as a commodity and something that people will think twice about spending money on.
