SHARON BUCHBINDER, RN, PhD is the lead author of the bestselling book, Introduction to Health Care Management, which will be available in a new Second Edition this August. She is a former Professor and Chair of the Department of Health Science at Towson University and is past Chair of the Board of the Association of University Programs in Health Administration.
