Disability has been a word that followed me throughout my life. More so it was what I defined myself as and what those around me defined me as. This podcast will dive into the world of disabilities, mental health, positivity, and over all talking about life experience. I have a bachelors degree in Human Services and am pursuing my Masters in Social Work. Please if you or anyone you know needs help contact your doctors or a professional therapist.
