What it means to different women of different ages and in different stages in their lives. And we will be learning what we can do to make it easy, to make it so that it is second nature.Each episode I will be having conversations with all kinds of badass humans. Conversations with coaches, experts and regular people. I will help bring to light what steps are best to achieve a level of self-love that feels right for you. Together we will explore activities, routines, habits and mindsets we can use to best accept ourselves, to best care for ourselves and of course to best love ourselves. The world needs more love!
