Intro to Matters of the Mind

Mental health is recognized all around the world but failed to be understood by many. Often, people only consider themselves sick when it occurs to the physical; However, fail to recognize the deterioration of their own mental well-being. This podcast intends to promote awareness about emotional intelligence to form a basis for people to know when to seek for help. This is a complex topic with many underlying stereotypes but with the help of academic experience in Psychology, information from professionals, and other people's experiences, we are willing to untangle those uncertainties.
