Happy Halloween! The sixth episode features The Big Rip Brewing Company in North Kansas City. I sit down with Head Brewer, Bri Burrows as she talks me through a flight of beers named after horror movie characters and explains the process for each brew. It was accidental to drop in after a sold out Halloween Party. I purchased a growler of the Sweet Tater Ale to take home with me to enjoy (in moderation) while I make my Pumpkin Ale.
