A quick chat with the number one top martial arts trainer in Asia voted by One Championship. Master Fari, The leader of KMA top team in Sydney’s west capital of Liverpool, is also head coach of one Martin “The Situasian” Nguyen, 2017 Featherweight world champion (knocked out Murat Gafurov) and the lightweight crown with a spectacular knockout of former champ, Eduard Folayang.Master Fari is a 8th dan Black Belt in both Hapkido and Taekwondo and is also a bjj black belt under Will/Machado and has been doing martial arts training for more than 35 years. he shared his thoughts about how martial arts can help buiding a healthy body and mind.
