Welcome back to Ink Mates!!

Host Michelle dives deep into the inkwell with author R.A. Barber, a lifelong storyteller whose perspective as a gay millennial in the South breathes vibrant new life into the worlds of fiction.

Together, they explore the enduring power of classic narratives and the vital importance of worldbuilding for historically neglected and marginalized communities. R.A. shares the creative sparks behind his work, spanning the haunting depths of Southern Gothic, the sweeping drama of '90s Soap Operas, and the rich tapestries of Historical Fiction.
