Influences on Teens: Episode 2 : In-Person v.s Online

With social media, new technology and new standards teenager's mental health has been changing rapidly either in a positive way or a negative way. Since this podcast is written and made by teenagers, I think other teenagers will be able to relate to it and maybe take some good out of it. Every month we will be discussing a new topic, for example, social media and how the different parts of social media can play a part in a teenager's mental health. And with every new topic, there will be 4 episodes each month on the topic. I hope everyone who listens to this enjoys it:) I would like to say in some episodes may remind you of something, so some episodes will have the TW (trigger warning) abbreveation in front of it.
