Imaginhero Superhero Training is a meditation course that helps kids imagine superpowers that help them overcome personal challenges. Each session teaches a meditation technique presented as a superpower. Whether that’s using your breath to charge your body, expelling anger and converting it into a different form of energy, or relieving anxiety through countering a super villain’s fear gas. Using superhero narratives to teach meditation helps children stay engaged, in the moment, and enthusiastic for the next session.
