(18) 我不會撇下你們為孤兒，我要回到你們這裡來。 Romans 8:15 ‘The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by him we cry, “Abba, Father.”’ 羅馬書 8:15 CCB 你們接受的聖靈不是使你們做奴隸，仍舊害怕，而是使你們做兒子，可以稱上帝為「阿爸，父親」。 1. Orphans compete, while sons know they are accepted. 1. 孤兒競爭，但兒女知道他們被接受 1 Corinthians 12:8,18-20 ERV [8] The Spirit gives one person the ability to speak with wisdom. And the same Spirit gives another person the ability to speak with knowledge. [18-19] If each part of the body were the same part, there would be no body. But as it is, God put the parts in the body as he wanted them. He made a place for each one. Orphans will isolate, while sons love to be together 2. 孤兒會孤立，但兒女喜愛在一起 Ephesians 1:5 ERV And before the world was made, God decided to make us his own children through Jesus Christ. This was what God wanted, and it pleased him to do it. 以弗所書 1:5 CCB 上帝因為愛我們，就按照祂自己美好的旨意，預定我們藉著耶穌基督得到作祂兒女的名分。 3. Orphans focus on performance, while sons walk in grace 3. 孤兒專注在表現，但兒女行在恩典中 Our Father’s invitation is to experience the fullness of His undeserved grace and favour. 我們天父的邀請是體驗他的恩典和恩惠的完全 Ephesians 1:6 ERV [6] And this brings praise to God because of his wonderful grace. God gave that grace to us freely.
