"I'm an INFP, so I'm just not a logical person." "I have ADHD, so I'll never be consistent."
Labels can really help you understand yourself. I love being an INFP for that reason. But without noticing, you can start using a label to predict the rest of your life... and it turns into a self-fulfilling prophecy.
In this video, we look at how that happens, why it's tied to learned helplessness, and how to turn "I can't" into a question you can actually work with.
This isn't about dropping your labels or shaming anyone for them. Diagnoses and personality types are real, and they can help you find support. The point is to notice the process happening underneath the label. And if there's a process, you can do something different.
