This episode is about humility and how it usually and most often gets abused rather than appreciated. What is realistic to expect from others has more to do with your initial expectation. I'm not saying that means you won't or wouldn't be getting disappointed by people from expecting the best or kindest out of them. I'm also encouraging you to not use other peoples experiences dealing with others as a framework for what you could expect from others.
