How Will You Finish Out 2020?

Running some ideas past my peeps. Also... I keep hearing people talking about "when 2020 is over" as if they are literally throwing in the towel on attempting any kind of enjoyment of the next 3 months.⁣ ⁣ But 2020 isn't bad. It's a number, squares on a calendar.⁣ ⁣ It's how you INTERPRET 2020 that's holding you back from enjoying it.⁣ ⁣ Sure, things didn't go according to plan. Honestly, in life, they rarely do. The only difference here is that we are all going through this craziness together.⁣ ⁣ If someone told you that the next 3 months were your LAST 3 months on Earth, how would your perspective change? What kinds of thoughts would you have about the remainder of this unique year? What would you DO with that time?⁣ ⁣ There's no reason you can't get in this frame of mind about 2020 (minus the impending death part). You can look for the good in things. You can find ways to have fun and enjoy life NOW (rather than putting it off until some arbitrary time in the future).⁣ ⁣ Reignite your spark!⁣ ⁣ Wallowing in anxiety and overwhelm is not helping anyone or any cause. It's just making you feel like shit and approach life with anxiety and overwhelm.⁣ ⁣ What could you do if you found ways to produce PEACE and CALM instead? Or even a little FUN?⁣ ⁣ I'm not all-sunshine-all-the-time, but I do like to try and put things into perspective NOW rather than simply appreciating things in hindsight (which, ironically, is 20/20). ⁣ ⁣ What's one new thought you can adopt TODAY that will help ease some of your worries? What can you find gratitude for TODAY, without changing anything in your outside world?   www.JenniferConnor.net
