We run Neuro Linguistic Programs and then we look for others who work well with our programs. The people around us are familiar with our programs, know what to do and how to act towards us. When we change our programs there maybe resistance from the people around us with the new program. Becoming aware of what we want, what we get, what we do and realizing that if we are not getting what we want we need to change what we do. This is the reason to change our programs.
