I wanted to talk to you about one of my favorite quotes. “It is easier to build strong children than it is to repair broken men”. What does this mean? How can we support the men in our lives? I work with a lot of women in my practice who are trying to “fix” the man in their life. Although it may feel instinctual, we have to remember that everyone’s healing journey is their own and it is not your responsibility. If we know someone who needs help, we need to encourage them to get professional help. Also, one of the best things we can do is to spend our time and energy investing in this next generation by focusing on spending quality time with our children and investing in them. This is a wrap on season three! We are looking forward to connecting back with you for a powerful new season coming soon.
