Hey :) Today I want to talk about something I witnessed at work which was the mistreatment and miscommunication of the boss and one of his kids and the creation of long term resent in the flesh. Now I love to learn from my own mistakes yet if I know something is a mistake and eyewitnesses done from somebody else to somebody else that is not me I want to learn from that just to prove to myself that could happen to me too. I believe there is easier and better ways to speak to your kids the get them to respect you still but to listen to you as well it's all about communication and saying things in the right way. Some parents may think I want them to make their kids soft and no. I want your kids to look up to you and respect you and talk to other people with respect so they can have a long-term great relationship with you and other people. That's what I'm after. I also am talking about today about the problems in self demeaning talk in words from other people to you in the workplace and how to not only not feel as if these things are towards you but you understand really where those words are coming from so they don't hurt you instead you can use them as weapons of knowledge two later on make a better case for yourself and come out of their winning clean and with respect. I discussed how I notice that people sometimes lose sight of their dreams therefore they feel like their work environment is now their home so when things are done a certain way in your home and you don't like them because that's not the way they should be you know you tend to lash out or treat other people as if they're doing something wrong just because they're not doing that your way. This is because of as I said lack of focus of Dreams lack of self-belief and lack of taking more risks. The work environment is a borrowed bank- is a borrowed space. Nothing more nothing less. So what my advice is for everyone is to just look at work as it should be which is a vehicle for you to make money in order to fund yourself and fund your lifestyle and your house and your goals and your dreams so you can get the f*** out of there as soon as you can and do better and bigger things. That is my definition of a job. I don't have to get used to it I only have to do it right and as long as I want to and for who I want to. And you can say that i said it @hueclouds. Day by day there is new and more entrepreneurs coming up with new ways to make money and give opportunity to those people who cannot give it to themselves or doesn't know how to give it to themselves so the world we live in now in the world we're headed to is full of creatives and it's full of compassion and advancement with technology involved so do not ever feel like you're stuck because all a job is is a temporary place where you put labor in and they give you money so you can later on do whatever you want with your time they don't own you you are helping them and day need you they need people like you they need people like me so keep your head up and stay focused.
