Searching For Better is a self help podcast I created about finding ourselves and our path in life and living it wholeheartedly. Through story telling with a hint of humour and some (attempted) funny sarcasm I search for and discuss ideas around self love, self empowerment, mind-body wellness, happiness, motivation and one of our biggest personal hurdles - loss. I talk about simple, small ideas to make daily changes that can help us become the people we really want to be. In a nut shell, to find our path and to live it. So join me!
