Overeating is something we all struggle with. It doesn't make you a bad person. It just makes you a human being. Overeating is a common thing but it can be prevented. I used to struggle with overeating and binge eating and I thought I would never be able to have a healthy relationship with food. After using different tricks and making sure I don't beat myself up after overeating, it really helped me overcome my overeating issues and now I am proud to say that I have a healthy relationship with food.
