Hello everyone, my name is Sahil Sheikh. Today, I am going to talk about how to prevent Hip Pain. Hip pain refers to any unpleasant sensation in the hip joint. It might be temporary pain or a long-lasting issue that may also need physical therapy. To prevent hip pain, do daily activities and some regular exercises. Do not stay in the same position for a long time. Every 60 minutes or so, stand up and walk around. For athletes or anyone physically active, they must do their warm-up before the activity and use the correct form during the exercises. Also, if you are the type who has hip pain from time to time or has suffered in the past, then it is better to go and see a physical therapist who will give you specialized guidance, and this will not only be helpful for preventing future discomfort but also for making your hips stronger.
