Getting trough to men is more and more difficult for women, as we embrace career and business, and we lose touch with the woman inside. Women are tired and frustrated because we try to work with men and apply principles that work for us, women. Yet, masculine men are completely different species and often what works for a woman is the exact opposite that works for a man.
