Examples of such events being dealing with challenging people, playing contact sports, pushing through procrastination, and continuing to attack a task or goal while your mind projects its most negative thoughts. Everyday bravery is essential to work workplace productivity, cultivating social relationships, and allowing yourself to experience the wonders of breaking through your comfort zone.
