A SUCCESS MINDSET: To be successful in your job search, you need a SUCCESS Mindset. Of course you may experience these challenges ???? Recruiters may say you are over qualified or under qualified for the role you really want and know you can do? There will be no response to some of your applications? There will be times when you ask for feedback after an interview but you don't get anything helpful - or you're ignored? There will be a lot of waiting and wishing the process would go faster? You will feel anxious, you may feel confused and you may be fed upAll this can affect your mindset. So what can you do about it?
