Roger Clarke Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets, Roger Clarke, has been a Senior Advisor to IPSX Group since January 2019. He now joins the business full time. Roger has extensive experience in corporate transactions, particularly in equity capital markets but also in M&A and restructuring, with a specific sector focus on Real Estate. Before that he managed RICS’ relationship with the finance and investment community working with debt and equity participants, their advisors in law and accountancy, and regulators.
