Jed Altschwager shares how losing his leg helped him get into fitness. Jed was not a fitness person at all. He was the tradie who lived for BBQ and beers. His life was turned around when he lost his foot due to a work accident. Jed became inspired to learn about his body and see how he could become the fittest, strongest and lightest he’s ever been.
