How I feel about getting diagnosed | People pleasing, conditional love

This is a podcast about mental health. self awareness, and healing from abuse and trauma. In childhood my personality split due to my environment. I am not one, but many. We each have our own take on the world, and we're here to share our story, our struggles, and help spread love and awareness. The clinical term for my condition is Dissociative Identity Disorder. There is also subtype of this disorder called Other Specified Dissociative Disorder (OSDD) , formerly known as DDNOS.
