How i became a diabetic

This podcast is to bring people to the understanding of (we are what we eat) the effects of what we eat and how it affects our body and the long term effects of having eating the wrong foods, causing us to get diabetes type 2 and diabetes type 1. By educating people of what types of food will help us maintain our sugar levels and not spike. Our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit 1 Corinthians 6 19 and we must take care of it by fueling it with the right foods.
